King Of Fighters XIII has been hacked and leaked on the PC. It’s important to note that there were no plans for a PC release. Up till now the game was said to be only for arcades and was to be released on the consoles during October.
Hackers have some how managed to run the arcade version of the game on the PC. The PC version off course was plagued with bugs but they are being fixed now as we speak.

i just download it on torrent its emulated by taito type x but theres no really KOF XIII pc just only emulator and rom
