These packs include the pre-order DLC contents along with exclusive equipment and mission content. Explosive Mission Pack Bonus mission. Grenade Launcher. Remote-Detonated Explosive Device. Automatic Unlocking Device. Tactical Enhancement Pack Double-Barrel Shotgun. Silenced Sniper Rifle. 10,000 extra in-game credits. Do not confuse this DLC with The Missing Link. That’s an entirely new and extensive piece of DLC which releases in October for all platforms. -
The Missing Link: Deus Ex DLC Has Been Announced

Eidos Montreal and Square Enix have announced today that a DLC is in the works and will be released in October. The DLC is titled The Missing Link and will find Adam Jensen kidnapped on a freighter ship that is headed towards an unknown location. Bad news is that his augmentations will be disabled and players will have to rely on the basic abilities of Adam in order to survive. Eidos Montreal have teased about the DLC uncovering a new conspiracy: Adam uncovers another layer to the conspiracy that he never would have suspected. Deus Ex: Human Revolution Hotfix Released
Posted on August 24, 2011 | 1 CommentSquare Enix has released a hotfix for the recent issue of some gamers being unable to start the game on specific machines. Deus Ex: Human Revolution would crash on machines having older ATI/AMD drivers and Nvidia hardware. This hotfix will resolve this and also increase the number of save-slots. The fix will be auto-downloaded next time you start your Steam client. -

Square Enix Taking Legal Action Over Deus Ex Leak
Posted on July 7, 2011 | No CommentsSquare Enix has tracked down 15 Italian nationals in their search for the people behind the Deus Ex: Human Revolution Preview Build leak. The accused have been said to hack into the servers of an Italian games magazine where the preview build was saved before copying it and sharing it online. According to Square Enix they are looking to claim compensation for damages in excess of $5000. The preview build for Deus Ex: Human Revolution PC contained a lot of bugs and problems. Knowing that the game was to be released later this year, it was strange for me that it would be leaked so early. I immediately went to our good friend google and started searching. It seems that a preview build intended for the press had made it’s way to the Internet. Some are speculating that the leak was due to the recent Eidos getting hacked episode; though Eidos has kept quite. Even though we all are against piracy, I just had to go ahead and play the game. It has also warned that the supplies will be “extremely” limited and you should start making a move now if you want to get your hands on the product. Deus Ex: New Trailer Shows Gameplay Techniques

The trailer basically goes through the same level in 3 major ways: stealth, aggression and adaptive. Not only that but it also shows the various weapons and abilities that are available to the player. The game releases August 23, 2011 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
